Eric Fong is President of Creation Hospitality and has led the firm and team since its commencement. Prior to establishing Creation Hospitality, Mr. Fong was a Hotel Manager with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, holding various key operations management positions. He was also a member of Starwood's Six Sigma program, a council formed by Starwood Corporate to enhance revenue growth methods, lower cost initiatives, and research and implement operational efficiency strategies for Starwood properties throughout North America. Mr. Fong also achieved his operational experience, by holding either management or operational positions at the Sunset Tower Hotel (formerly the Argyle Hotel) and the Westin Copley Place Hotel.

Mr. Fong has developed a keen sense of financial acumen, spending his time overseas at JPMorgan's London office, working as an analyst in their Investment Banking - Structured Finance group. This group was specifically involved in financial transactions and structured loans for hotel real estate and restaurant facilities.

Mr. Fong also held the position as Senior Associate at HVS, a global hotel consulting and valuation firm. He provided consulting and advisory services to owners, management companies, and developers by performing market and feasibility studies, valuations, development consulting, cash flow projections, and litigation support. Mr. Fong has valued over $8 billion worth of hotel real estate transactions.

Mr. Fong received his B.S. in Hospitality Administration with a minor degree in Finance, from Boston University and obtained his MBA at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

 

Kristina Veronesi is Project Manager at Creation Hospitality’s San Francisco office, and has been an integral part of the company’s growth and success since the company opened. Prior to joining Creation Hospitality, Ms. Veronesi spent several years in the food service and restaurant industry; overseeing both the operations and client services divisions at OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC. Ms. Veronesi continued to leverage new CRM methods, training, and techniques by joining Tiffany and Co.’s corporate offices in San Francisco. An expert in accounting database softwares, Adobe Photoshop and applications, along with Auto CAD design, Ms. Veronesi has a deep passion for hotel renovation and design work.

Ms. Veronesi is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, with a degree in Business Administration.

 

Tracy Tuenge is Project Manager at Creation Hospitality and joined the team in 2013, and is a master specialist in her cumulative craft of financial accounting, computing technology, furniture design, and logistics and supply chain, as well as project management. Prior to joining Creation Hospitality’s team, Ms. Tuenge worked at a high-end Architectural and Construction firm in Seattle, Washington, overseeing the company’s project reporting and accounting department, while managing the company's accounting software and database. Additionally, she has held management and financial accounting roles in various industries, which include both healthcare and hospitality at top firms based throughout Vancouver, B.C. Canada.

Ms. Tuenge is a graduate at the University of Kansas, with a Liberal Arts degree in English Literature and a minor in French. 

 

Jen Moss is Project Manager at Creation Hospitality and joined the team in 2014. Prior to working at Creation Hospitality, Ms. Moss became an expert in visual and costume fashion as well as design, at the Metropolitan Museum in New York and the LACMA in Los Angeles, CA. Ms. Moss has also extensively worked in various lines of textiles and fabric, while managing an extensive library and portfolio of products in various databases. Ms. Moss’ passion for project management extends further as she managed and executed a Couture Collection of costumes and textiles with curators, and assisted in the research of brands, collections, trends, and new designs.

Ms. Moss is a graduate at the University of Michigan, with a degree in Art History, and obtained her Masters in Visual Costume Studies at New York University.

 

Alina Kloos is Project & Design Coordinator at Creation Hospitality and joined the team in early 2015. Ms. Kloos holds extensive event planning experience, by assisting the entire Catering and Sales department at the prestigious St. Regis Hotel in San Francisco. Additionally, Ms. Kloos has a strong understanding of CRM tools, by working at Uber’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco. There, she developed client support solutions and maintained strategic partnerships with clients and drivers, in order to develop and maintain the entire Uber Partner networking system.

Ms. Kloos is a graduate at Emerson College, with a degree in Communication Studies. 

 

Tasha Wong is Staff Accountant at Creation Hospitality and joined the team in early 2016. In addition to her business management degree; she has an extensive amount of experience in managing inventory controls, accounting processes and procedures, procurement review, as well as client services and business interaction. Her passion for perfection in numbers and projects, speak to her capabilities as the focal point, overseeing the accounting department at Creation Hospitality. Ms. Wong is highly proficient in various accounting software and programs and implemented various new systems at her prior role at an IRA and Trust company.

Ms. Wong is a graduate of U. C. Irvine, with a degree in Business Economics and holds a minor degree in Management.

 

Tina Deng runs quality control at Creation Hospitality's manufacturing plants and is based overseas in Asia. She leads an inspection team of 15 personnel and travels weekly throughout both Northern and Southern China. Her advanced technical skills with CAD renderings and technical capabilities, allows her to maintain a QC line that runs seamlessly.

 

George Lo runs quality control at Creation Hospitality's manufacturing plants and is based primarily in Southern China. A stickler for perfection, his 30-year background in furniture engineering and manufacturing, allows him to maintain and control all products that are exported from the company's facilities overseas.
